 As a first-generation Mexican-American, I was taught to value my heritage and preserve traditions. Through fashionable, artisan-made goods, I'm attempting to strike a beautiful balance between my bicultural lifestyles. All while empowering customers to make one-of-a-kind purchasing decisions.

The leather undergoes several processes to prepare it. Quicklime and water are used to wash and lighten the raw leather. The leather is then smoothed, which involves peeling leather coats with knives. All done by hand! It is rinsed one more time and then dried in the sun until hard. When it's finished, it goes through a stretching process. It's time to start cutting the pattern pieces into each bag. Each bag's construction is a labor of love. The details are carefully hammered into the leather in the design pattern chosen by the artisan, making each embossed handbag genuinely unique.
